FloodPlain Analysis
There are many uses for the Wingtra Gen II one of those many uses is floodplain analysis. Using data that is already gathered with the micasense red edge P when doing crop health or creating a map of wanted or unwanted vegetation. A floodplain analysis can be conducted.
Figure one is the orthomosaic that was created for this project and gives a very high-resolution map of the area that is being imaged. This orthomosaic has a resolution or ground sampling distance (GSD) of 1 inch per pixel and is the basis for the Floodplain analysis.
